CALLING CARD

During the purgatory between the funeral and reception of their close friend’s funeral, Mason and Keria try to balance the weight of their grief with the sweet nostalgia of remembering their friend. Through clouds of choked smoke, laughs and tears, their conversation is continually interrupted by mourning funeral goers and even a suspicious priest. They spend this awkward closeness together by reminiscing while also searching for a sign that their friend hasn’t really left them. No ones ever really gone, are they?
